مجلس إدارة الهيئة العامة للمناطق الاقتصادية الخاصة والمناطق الحرة يعقد اجتماعه الأول لعام 2024م

عقد مجلس إدارة الهيئة العامة للمناطق الاقتصاديّة الخاصة والمناطق الحُرة بمسقط اجتماعه الأول لعام 2024م برئاسة معالي الدكتور علي بن مسعود السنيدي رئيس مجلس الإدارة، واستعرض المجلس أهم مؤشرات الأداء للمناطق الاقتصادية والمناطق الحرة والمدن الصناعية التي تقع تحت اشراف الهيئة حيث بلغ حجم الاستثمار التراكمي الملتزم به مع نهاية عام 2023 حوالي 19 مليار ريال عماني موزعة على 14 منطقة قائمة وبقوى عاملة مباشرة بلغت 75 الف عامل وبنسبة تعمين عامة بلغت 34%، في حين تمت اتمتة 80 خدمة الكترونية وبلغ حجم الإيرادات المباشرة من هذه المناطق اكثر من 61 مليون ريال عماني بزيادة بلغت 15% عن المستهدف المحدد للعام 2023 كما تم تحقيق وفورات في المشاريع الجاري تنفيذها بواقع 38 مليون ريال عماني. وتابع مجلس الادارة الإجراءات قيد التنفيذ ومنها مشروع تحديث قانون نظام الهيئة والخطوات المتخذة لاستكمال انشاء المناطق الجديدة المعلن عنها سابقا.

واقر مجلس إدارة الهيئة الاعفاء من شرط تقديم التأمين للمشاريع وذلك بما يتوافق مع ضوابط الاعفاء التي اقرها مجلس المناقصات.

كما استعرض المجلس خلال الاجتماع عدد من المواضيع لتعزيز الالتزام والحوكمة ومن ذلك مصفوفة الصلاحيات الخاصة بالمؤسسة العامة للمناطق الصناعية "مدائن" ولجان التدقيق الداخلي ومشروع زيادة الرقعة الخضراء بالمنطقة الاقتصاديّة الخاصة بالدقم، بالإضافة الى مواضيع أخرى واتخذ القرارات المناسبة بشأنها.
